用于半导体生产中的氧化、化学气相沉积工艺,并用作大气监测标准混合气。也用于制造硝酸和硅酮氧化膜及羰基亚硝酰。也可用作人造丝的漂白剂及丙烯和二甲醚的安定剂。

一氧化氮制备
1.催化氧化法 氨与空气在催化剂存在条件下,燃烧生成一氧化氮气体,经精制、压缩等工序后,制得一氧化氮产品。
2.热解法 加热分解亚硝酸或亚硝酸盐,获得气体经精制、压缩等工序,即制得一氧化氮产品。
3.酸解法 亚硝酸钠与稀硫酸反应制取粗NO,再经碱洗,分离,精制,压缩,可制得99.5%的纯NO。
4.市场上可以买到高压钢瓶装的产品,实验室常用亚硝酸盐与稀硫酸反应制取。在带有滴液漏斗的1L烧瓶中,放入69g(1mol)亚硝酸钠粉末,慢慢滴加300mL 2mol/L硫酸。产生的一氧化氮气体通过两个装有30%(10mol/L)氢氧化钠水溶液洗涤瓶后,再通过装有玻璃棉和固体氢氧化钠的净化塔干燥。得产品16g(80%)。进一步在液态空气下进行分馏,可得极纯产品。
