肉桂酸乙酯制备

1、肉桂酸法在硫酸存在下，由肉桂酸与乙醇酯化而得。

2、苯甲醛法苯甲醛与乙酸乙酯反应而得。

3.制法：

于反应瓶中加入三苯基乙氧羰基亚甲基磷叶立德1.0mmol，苯甲醛1.0mmol，硅胶2g（200～300目）。将反应瓶置于400W微波反应炉中，加热反应5min。冷后加入30mL二氯甲烷提取，浓缩，硅胶柱纯化，得几乎无色的油状液体^①（1）150mg，收率85%。注：①采用类似的方法可以合成如下化合物（表I-9-2 参考书500页）。
