羟基酪醇(DOPET)抑制促炎细胞因子(TNF-α),降低环氧合酶-2和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达超过60％[1]。羟酪醇(DOPET)调节转录因子NF-κB[1]。羟基酪醇(DOPET)阻止细胞周期,产生分化,凋亡或阻止DNA氧化应激[1]。
