Homovanillyl alcohol 是羟基酪醇的生物代谢产物。Hydroxytyrosol 是原始橄榄油 (VOO) 和葡萄酒中存在的一种酚类化合物。Homovanillyl alcohol 可保护红细胞 (RBCs) 免受氧化损伤,并对心血管疾病具有保护作用。
