乙酸乙烯酯用途
乙酸乙烯是制造合成纤维维尼纶的主要原料。乙酸乙烯通过自身聚合,或者与分单体共聚,得到聚乙烯醇、乙酸乙烯-乙烯共聚合物(EVA)、乙酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物(EVC)、乙酸乙烯-丙烯腈类纤维、乙酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯类共聚物,它们都有重要的工业用途,广泛用作粘结剂、建筑涂料、纺织品上浆剂和整理剂、纸张增强剂,以及用于制造安全玻璃等。乙酸乙烯酯与乙醇、溴素反应制得溴代乙醛缩二乙醇。这是药物甲硫咪唑的中间体。
用于树脂纤维合成,也用作油类降凝增稠剂的中间体和粘合剂
常用中间体,用于生产聚乙烯醇、涂料及粘合剂等

乙酸乙烯酯制备
有乙炔法、乙烯法、乙醛醋酐等几种不同原料的工艺路线。乙烯原料路线按工艺不同又有乙烯气相法、乙烯液相法等不同方法。
1.乙炔法:以载于活性炭上的醋酸锌为催化剂,乙炔与醋酸在常压及170-230℃下反应。反应产物经粉末分离、气体分离、除醛、粗馏、精馏得精醋酸乙烯酯。
2.乙烯气相法:乙烯、氧气和醋酸在钯-金(或铂)催化剂存在下,于160-180℃,<1MPa压力条件下气相反应生成醋酸乙烯酯,再经分离、精馏得精品。
3.乙烯液相法乙烯、醋酸以氯化钯-氯化铜为催化剂反应得醋酸乙烯酯。
4.乙醛醋酐法以乙醛醋酐为原料,先合成亚乙基二醋酸,再经脱醋酸反应,由一步法或两步法合成。
