【用途一】
用作分析试剂、树脂固化剂和阻聚剂,也用于染料的合成

主要用作染料中间体及环氧树脂固化剂
【用途三】
偶氮染料和吖嗪染料的中间体,主要用于制造直接耐晒黑RN、碱性橙、碱性棕G、直接耐晒黑G等染料,并用作毛皮染料,在日本,偶氮染料消费的间苯二胺占总消费量的90%。也用作环氧树脂的固化剂、水泥的促凝剂,并用于染发水、媒染剂、显色剂等方面。
【用途四】
分光光度测定亚硝酸盐,检定溴酸盐、溴化物、铬酸盐、臭氧、金、铜、重铬酸盐、铁、氧和铂,测定活性氯、铬、铱、亚硝酸盐和钯。

间苯二胺制备

硝基苯经混酸硝化成间、邻、对二硝基苯的混合物,再经亚硫酸钠和液碱精制得间二硝基苯,然后用铁粉还原或加氢还原制得间苯二胺。工艺过程: 1.铁粉还原法 首先向还原釜中加入一定量的上一批的洗浓液,开动搅拌器,加入铁粉和盐酸,升温活化;滴加间二硝基苯进行还原反应,温度控制在98-102℃;经保温合格后加纯碱中和至PH值为9,过滤是在翻斗过滤机中真空抽滤,滤液抽出后,需用热水洗涤6遍,前茅遍并入还原液贮槽,后3遍洗液供还原之用。然后将还原液经高位槽加入蒸发器,在真空度0.03MPa和65℃条件下进行蒸发。芤液经蒸馏釜先驱水后蒸料,蒸馏时真空度为0.09-0.05MPa原,温度170-180℃。真空蒸发和蒸馏驱水产生的废水,经冷却塔降温供水喷射系统及洗涤之用。过滤后的铁粉泥可供水泥厂代替铁粉使用。为了防止氧化,在还原中和后及蒸馏时需加入适量抗氧剂。 2.加氢还原法 间二硝基苯还原可用合成氨原料气、70%氢氮气进行加氢,采用二元或四元阮尼镍为催化剂(用量20%),以乙醇为溶剂,于110-120℃,氢压3.43-4.41MPa,循环空塔速度每秒0.044平方立米条件下,进行塔式流化床加氢;再经减压蒸馏,即得合格产品,收率90%-95%。物料消耗定额:硝基苯1400kg/t、硝酸787kg/t、硫酸(98%)780kg/t、铁粉3083kg/t。 3. 还原法 由间二硝基苯用铁粉还原或加氢还原制得间苯二胺。
4. 电解法 电解装置由铜板(阴极)、石墨电极(阳极)、H型隔膜式电解槽、稳流电源组成。分别取95%乙醇和15%盐酸各50mL倒入H型电解槽的一边,作为阴极液;再取10%盐酸150mL倒入H型电解槽的另一边作为阳极液。然后把装有电解液的电解槽放入40℃的恒温水浴锅中,并向阴极液中加入间二硝基苯0.25g。接着将打磨过的铜板(S=20.2cm 2)插入阴极液中,石墨电极插入阳极液中,同时在阴极液中装好电动搅拌器,接好线路,打开电源开关和电动搅拌器开关,调节电流到0.8A,并开始记时36min后关掉电源和电动搅拌器,取出阴极液,分析测定间苯二胺含量。
