山梨酸制备

1、乙烯酮法此法是目前国际上工业化生产较普遍采用的方法。醋酸经高温裂解生成乙烯酮，然后与巴豆醛缩合成聚酯，再经水解、精制即得成品。原料消耗定额：乙烯酮510kg/t、巴豆醛1100kg/t。

2、丙二酸法由丙二酸、巴豆醛缩合、脱羧而得。

3、丙酮法由丙酮与巴豆醛缩合，再经脱氢而得。

4、丁二烯法以丁二烯和乙酸为原料，在醋酸锰催化剂存在下，于140℃加压缩合，制得γ-乙烯-γ-丁内酯。丁内酯在酸性离子交换树脂作用下，开环得山梨酸。

5.醋酸经高温裂解生成乙烯酮，再与巴豆醛缩合成聚酯，再经水解、精制即得成品。

6. 烟草：OR，44；OR，26。在0ºC时，使丁烯醛和乙烯酮在三氟化硼催化下进行反应；或由2-丁烯醛和丙二酸，在吡啶的存在下，经加热制取。
