米酵菌酸用途

Bongkrekic acid 是一种由假单胞菌分泌的线粒体毒素 (mitochondrial toxin)。Bongkrekic acid 是线粒体腺嘌呤核苷酸 (ADP/ATP) 转位酶 (ANT) 的特异性配体而不是电子传递链的。Bongkrekic acid 必须通过线粒体内膜产生抑制 ADP/ATP 转运的作用。

[体外研究]

Bongkrekic酸(0～50μM；48h)刺激MDA-MB-231、MCF-7和LTED细胞形成甲氧氮,EC50分别为34.14μM、>50μM和2.58μM。邦克雷克酸(0.1-25μM；48小时)以剂量依赖性的方式减少LTED细胞和MCF-7细胞的活细胞数[1]。
