十二醛制备

1.由十二醇氧化呈十二酸还原制得。十二酸还原为十二醛，是在甲酸和甲醇存在下，于250-330℃进行的。将还原产物与酸水分开，用水洗涤，并用减压蒸馏将十二醛分离出来。还原反应需用二氧化钛或碳酸锰作催化剂。碳酸锰是由硫酸和碳酸钠反应得到的。
