【用途一】
主要用于聚氨酯泡沫阻燃以及聚氯乙烯阻燃增塑等
【用途二】
本品广泛用于化纤织物、醋酸纤维素作阻燃剂，除具有自熄性外，还可改善耐水性、耐寒性及抗静电性。一般用量5～10份。
【用途三】
阻燃剂，广泛用于醋酸纤维素、硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚醋酸乙烯和酚醛树脂。用作阻燃性增塑剂。还可用作金属萃取剂、润滑油和汽油添加剂，以及聚酰亚胺加工改性剂。大鼠口毒性LD50为1410mg/kg。

三氯乙基磷酸酯制备

工业制法有三种：三氯氧磷与氯乙醇反应；三氯化磷与氯乙醇反应再氧化；三氯氧磷与环氧乙烷反应（工业常用方法）。 1、三氯氧磷和环氧乙烷以偏钒酸钠为催化剂，在50℃反应，反应物经中和、水洗、真空脱水脱低沸物，即得成品。也可用氯乙醇做原料，与三氯氧磷或三氯化磷反应来制造磷酸三（2-氯乙基）酯。

2、将326 kg三氯氧磷和1.0 kg偏钒酸钠投入反应釜中。充氮驱尽反应釜中的空气，在真空下通入650 kg环氧乙烷，于45～50 ℃下搅拌2～3 h。蒸出过量的环氧乙烷后加碱中和至中性，水洗，真空脱水。得成品。反应式如下：

3.将三氯氧磷和偏磷酸钠投入反应釜中。充氮驱尽空气，在真空下通入环氧乙烷，于45～50℃下搅拌2～3h。蒸出过量的环氧乙烷后加碱中和至中性，水洗，真空脱水得成品。
