将1mol的α，ω-己二醇与2mol的硫脲和3mol 48%的氢溴酸搅拌加热回流至脱水。缩合完成，加入3mol的氢氧化钠水溶液(约1.2L)，加热回流、水解生成钠盐，分离水层，酸化，用醚萃取。合并醚层，洗涤后干燥，蒸馏得到产物。
