乙基香兰素制备

1.由邻乙氧基苯酚为原料制取。此法与香兰素的工艺过程相仿。也可使邻乙氧基苯酚与乙醛酸反应，再用氧化铜和苛性钠水溶液加热氧化生成乙基香兰素。由黄樟油素不但可以生产香兰素，也可以生产乙基香兰素。将黄樟油素（4-烯丙基-1，2-甲撑二氧基苯）与氢氧化钾的醇溶液在高压釜内加热，破坏其双氧环。然后以乙基硫酸钠与生成物的50%氢氧化钾溶液在150-155℃加热2-3h进行醚化。醚化后的酚类混合物溶于50%乙醇中，再加入少量硫酸回流加热使其水解生成浓馥香兰素及类异丁香酚。前者成鳞片状结晶析出，经过滤，再用50%乙醇重结晶，即得纯品。从滤液中分离出类异丁香酚溶于10%氢氧化钠溶液，加入间硝基苯磺酸钠回流加热3h，冷却后用稀硫酸酸化，即生成乙基香兰素。用苯萃取酸化生成的油状物，再用35%重亚硫钠溶液提取，酸化后重结晶即得成品。

2.由邻乙氧基苯酚、对亚硝基二甲基苯胺盐酸盐和乌洛托品缩合，经萃取、蒸馏、精制制得。或者由邻乙氧基苯酚和乙醛酸缩合，经加热氧化制得。也可以由邻乙氧基苯酚与三氯乙醛缩合，经水解、氯化制得。还可以由儿茶醛与乙基硫酸钠反应，经蒸馏、萃取、分馏制得。
