[体外研究]

在培养基中加入甲状旁腺激素(1-34)、牛(0.1-100 ng/mL；2-20天)后,以剂量依赖的方式抑制成骨细胞增殖。在另一组中,从第1天到第10天将bPTH添加到培养基中,而不是从第11天到第20天,在停止bPTH后的第1-10天组中观察到增殖反弹[1]。甲状旁腺激素(1-34)、牛(0.1-100ng/mL；2-20天)对培养基中钙、磷含量有不同程度的影响。PTH-c100ng/mL组培养基中钙、磷含量均高于对照组[1]。细胞增殖试验[1]细胞系：MC3T3-E1细胞浓度：0.1-100ng/mL孵育时间：2-20d结果：成骨细胞增殖呈浓度依赖性下降。当甲状旁腺激素(PTH)退出时,导致增殖反弹。

[体内研究]

甲状旁腺激素(1-34)(皮下注射；80μg/kg；5天)增加血清骨钙素浓度,而不改变两组老年动物血清无机磷或钙的浓度,经甲状旁腺激素治疗的老年雌性大鼠的25-二羟维生素D浓度显著高于性别匹配的媒剂处理的对照组[1]。
