用作气相色谱固定液、硝化纤维和乙基纤维素的溶剂、增塑剂、稀土金属分离用剂及有机合成中间体
【用途二】
对丙烯酸酯类、甲基丙烯酸酯类、丙烯酸、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丁二烯有较好的阻聚效果,其阻聚性能优于酚类
【用途三】
用作金属络合物的萃取剂,硝酸纤维素、醋酸纤维素、氯化橡胶和聚氯乙烯的增塑剂,涂料、油墨和粘合剂的溶剂
【用途四】
用作硝酸纤维素、乙酸纤维素、氯化橡胶和聚氯乙烯的主增塑剂,也常用作涂料、粘合剂和油墨的溶剂、消泡剂、消静电剂,稀土元素的萃取剂。大鼠LD50为3000mg/kg。
【用途五】
硝化纤维及乙酸纤维素溶剂,消泡剂、热交换介质、增塑剂、萃取剂。气相色谱固定液(最高使用温度120℃,溶剂为乙醚)萃取钴、铱、锰、钼、钯、铑、镍、铀和钨,比色测定钼。有机合成。

1.由三氯氧磷(POCl3)与正丁醇反应制得。
将丁醇加入酯化锅内,冷却至10℃以下,在搅拌下加入三氯氧磷,反应湿度保持在30℃左右,搅拌至反应结束。加水洗涤,静置分去水层,再用10%碳酸钠溶液中和至pH值为7,控制湿度在40℃以下,中和后的粗酯进行减压蒸馏脱醇,再用水洗涤使酸度达到要求,然后减压蒸馏,除去低沸物后收集150-180℃/1.333-0.667kPa 的馏分即得产品。
2.将三氯氧磷慢慢加入正丁醇中,用加压空气搅拌,温度不得超过40℃,加完后搅拌3h,排出氯化氢。
放冷后,加入冷食盐水中,吸去底层,再用冷食盐水洗一次。将洗净的酸性二丁酯加入水中,再用饱和碳酸钠溶液中和至ph值6~7,然后加入食盐水饱和,分出食盐溶液。再加入无水硫酸钠振荡3h,静置过夜,进行减压分馏可得成品。
3.制法:
于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中,加入无水正丁醇(2)222g(3.0mol),吡啶260g(3.3mol),无水苯300mL。搅拌下冰盐浴冷却至-5℃,慢慢滴加三氯氧磷153g(1.0mol)。控制反应温度不超过10℃。加完后慢慢加热至回流,并保持在此温度下反应2h。冷却后加入水500mL,以溶剂吡咯盐①。分出苯层,水洗。无水硫酸钠干燥。减压蒸馏,收集160~162℃/2,0kPa的馏分,得磷酸三正丁酯②(1)190~200g,收率71%~75%。注:①吡啶盐酸盐溶于水。将水层减压浓缩,而后用氢氧化钠中和,并蒸馏吡啶层,可回收吡啶约50%。②参照上述方法,以正丙醇代替丁醇,可得到如下各种磷酸三烃基酯(表I-9-4)。
