碘代正丁烷制备

由正丁醇与碘在磷存在下反应而得。将赤磷与正丁醇混合，加热使其微微回流，缓缓加入碘。加完后继续回流4h，蒸馏，得粗品。依次用水、浓盐酸、水、10%碳酸钠溶液和含少量硫代硫酸钠和水洗涤。然后以无水氯化钙干燥，蒸馏，收集129-131℃馏分，即为1-碘丁烷。收率90%。
