Erlose是一种由大豆蚜虫蜜露中的蔗糖组成的三糖,可用作替代甜味剂,预防口腔菌群(主要是变形链球菌)引起的龋齿。Erlose可用作分析食品糖类的HPLC分析中的参考化合物[1][2]。
