唑螨酯制备
1、 5-氯-1,3-二甲基-4-吡唑甲醛的制备 先用乙酰乙酸乙酯与甲肼作用,生成1,3-二甲基吡唑-5-酮。然后加入到三氯氧磷-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中。于110~115℃反应8h,得5-氯-1,3-二甲基-4-吡唑甲醛。
2、 1,3-二甲基-5-苯氧基-4-吡唑甲醛的制备 先将苯酚、甲醇钠的甲醇溶液加热回流,蒸出甲醇,加入DMF和上步反应产物,于100℃反应4h,减压回收DMF后,冷却、加水、用二氯乙烷萃取,得1,3-二甲基-5-苯氧基-4-吡唑甲醛。
3、 1,3-二甲基-5-苯氧基-4-吡唑甲醛肟的制备将上步产物溶于甲醇中,加入盐酸羟胺,在搅拌下加入氢氧化钾溶液,于60℃反应1h,减压蒸去甲醇,水洗干燥后得白色1,3-二甲基-5-苯氧基-4-吡唑甲醛肟。
4、 唑螨酯的合成 将上步产物与4-溴甲基苯甲酸特丁酯(合成方法参见特开昭63-183564, 63-267754)在丙酮溶剂中,加入适量碳酸钾,回流反应8h得唑螨酯,目的产物为反式异构体。
