硝普钠制备
1.在加热条件下,用水溶解三水合亚铁氰化钾,配制成30%的亚铁氰化钾溶液,并在搅拌下加入超过理论量一倍的亚硝酸钠,加热至85℃,然后缓慢滴加用相对密度为1.84的浓硫酸配制成的21%的稀硫酸,控制加酸速度,以保证反应物温度不超过85~90℃。加酸完毕后,再加入少量相同浓度的稀
硫酸,之后,加热至100℃,保温1~2h,检 验 溶 液 中[ Fe(CN)6 ]4-和[ Fe(CN)6 ]3-离子, 若存在, 则需再加入少量亚硝酸钠并加热直至溶液中不含[ Fe(CN)6 ]4-和[ Fe(CN)6 ]3-离子:
反应结束后,滤去不溶物,于搅拌下加入80℃的20%的硫酸铜水溶液:
静置后,分去上层清液,用25~30℃的水洗涤沉淀至洗涤水中SO42- 离子合格。所得的亚硝基铁氰化铜用适量碳酸氢钠浓溶液进行分解:
静置,滤出液体后,用水洗涤沉淀,洗液并入滤液,加入少量醋酸酸化,然后
加热蒸发至原体积的1/2,加入少量醋酸钡,使SO42- 离子沉淀完全,过滤,所得滤液加热蒸发至出现结晶薄膜,冷却结晶,甩干后用热水重结晶,最后于40℃以下干燥,即得成品。
