[体外研究]

吡啶酰胺(10μM-1 mM)抑制聚(ADP核糖)合成酶活性[2]。吡啶酰胺(2 mM)可防止链脲佐菌素诱导的大鼠胰岛胰岛素原合成抑制[3]。

[体内研究]

吡啶酰胺(4 mmol/kg,i.p.,大鼠)通过分离的肾刷缘膜囊泡抑制Na+/磷酸盐共转运[1]。吡啶酰胺(250 mg/kg,i.p.,大鼠)增强了链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶对胰岛B细胞的致瘤作用[4]。动物模型：大鼠[1]剂量：4 mmol/kg给药：腹膜内注射(i.p.)结果：肾皮质NAD含量增加(1.5倍)。
