柠檬黄制备
(1) 双羟基酒石酸钠的制备。
在20℃左右时将酒石酸缓缓加入硝酸、硫酸和发烟硫酸的混合物中,搅拌,加完后恒温反应0.5h,然后加水并继续恒温搅拌48h。反应结束后,加入碳酸钠中和(温度不超过20℃),过滤、水洗、烘干得双羟基酒石酸钠。
(2) 苯肼对磺酸的制备。
将碳酸钠溶解于13倍量(质量)的热水中,然后加入对氨基苯磺酸,并搅拌,冷却后徐徐加入浓硫酸,并冷却至5℃以下。在3-5℃下缓慢加入1:2(质量比)的亚硝酸钠溶液进行重氮化。反应结束后,物料对刚果红试纸呈强酸性(显蓝色),离心分离,并用洁净水淋洗重氮盐。注意:重氮化合物不能干燥,也不能置于高温处,否则将会爆炸。
将结晶亚硫酸钠溶液1.5倍量(质量)的水中,在0-5℃和强烈搅拌下,慢慢加入重氮盐,当物料显亮橘红色并对酚酞试液呈弱碱性时,再继续搅拌保温反应1h。然后将料液加热至沸,慢慢加入盐酸(约0.5h),料液逐渐变为微黄色,继续搅拌,并慢慢加入锌粉直至料液无色为止,并有白色片状结晶析出。冷却过夜、分离、干燥得苯肼对磺酸。
(3)柠檬黄的生产。
将双羟基酒石酸于1.5倍量(质量)的水中,慢慢加入盐酸,并加热至30℃;然后将苯肼对磺酸加入3倍量(质量)的水中,并加入氢氧化钠溶液搅拌;再将其加入双羟基酒石酸溶液中,在80℃下反应1h。冷却至室温,静置12h,析出黄色沉淀,过滤得粗品。可将粗品溶于60℃的水中,加入适量的碳酸钠使其显弱碱性,再加入精制盐,冷却结晶、分离、干燥得成品。
也可由对氨基苯磺酸经重氮化后与1-对磺苯基-3-羧基-5-吡唑酮偶合制得。
(4)柠檬黄铝色淀的制备。
由氯化铝、硫酸铝等铝盐与碳酸钠等碱类制取氢氧化铝,并添加柠檬黄水溶液,沉淀而得产品。
