[体内研究]

恶噻唑烷羧酸治疗可减轻足底萎缩,恢复谷胱甘肽水平,增加过氧化氢酶、铜/锌-SOD1和Mn-SOD2 mRNA表达,但并未降低氧化应激的其他标志物或这些分解代谢因子的水平[1]。动物模型：雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠(200-250g,n=6-7只/组)[1]。用量：0.35%(w/v)。给药：最后12周以0.35%(w/v)的浓度添加到他们的饮食中。结果：与未补充酒精组相比,纤维CSA增加。
