T-2 Toxin (T-2 Mycotoxin) 是饲料和谷物中的各种镰刀菌种产生的真菌毒素。小大鼠中T-2 Toxin 的 LD50 值分别为 5.2 和1.5 mg/kg BWa。T-2 Toxin (T-2 Mycotoxin) 可以转化为多种代谢产物,动物中T-2 Toxin 的典型代谢产物是 HT-2 toxin 和 T-2-triol,均为水解产物。T-2 Toxin (T-2 Mycotoxin) 是一种抑制肽基转移酶 (60s ribosomal 亚基) 结合和蛋白质合成的抑制剂,抑制 DNA 和 RNA 的合成,干扰膜磷脂的代谢,并增加肝脏脂质过氧化物的水平。T-2 Toxin (T-2 Mycotoxin) 在免疫系统,胃肠道组织和胎儿组织中诱导细胞凋亡 apoptosis。
