单酸甘油酯是一种无毒、可生物降解、生物相容的亲脂性甘油脂肪酸酯。甘油单油酸酯具有溶血特性。甘油单油酸酯与胆盐一起用作乳化剂和吸收促进剂。单酸甘油酯可用于药物传递系统和体外siRNA传递[1][2]。
