[体外研究]

Amygdalin具有抗肿瘤活性。关于苦杏仁苷的抗肿瘤机制已取得一些进展[1]。苦杏仁苷特别下调属于细胞周期类别的基因:外切核酸酶1,ATP结合盒,亚家族F,成员2,MRE11减数分裂重组11同源物A,拓扑异构酶(DNA)I和FK506结合蛋白12-雷帕霉素相关蛋白1 RT-PCR分析显示,在SNU-C4人结肠癌细胞中,苦杏仁苷处理也会降低这些基因的mRNA水平[2]。

[体内研究]

苦杏仁苷可有效缓解炎症疼痛,并可用作具有抗伤害性和抗炎活性的镇痛药。肌肉注射苦杏仁苷在早期(福尔马林注射后最初10分钟)和晚期(最初福尔马林注射后10-30分钟)显着降低福尔马林诱导的强直性疼痛。在晚期,苦杏仁苷以剂量依赖性方式减少福尔马林诱导的疼痛,剂量范围小于1 mg/kg [3]。

[细胞实验]

通过MTT测定确定细胞活力。将细胞以1×10 5个细胞/孔的浓度一式三份接种在96孔板上。用浓度为0.25,0.5,2.5和5mg / mL的苦杏仁苷处理SNU-C4细胞24小时。将MTT加入各组后,将细胞培养4小时。然后,将它们进一步温育1小时,包括溶解MTT的溶液[2]。

[动物实验]

大鼠:将苦杏仁苷粉末溶解在盐水中并用适当的培养基稀释。将重230-250g的雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠用于该实验。注射50mL的5%福尔马林以在大鼠中产生fomalin诱导的疼痛。在福尔马林注射诱导疼痛前30分钟,给予大鼠肌肉注射苦杏仁苷溶液(0.1,0.5,1.0,10mg / kg)或盐水作为媒介物对照[3]。
