丙硫磷用途

1、不对称有机磷杀虫剂，具有广谱的生物活性，无内吸性。对鳞翅目幼虫有高效，尤其对按基甲酸酯和其他有机磷杀虫剂产生交抗的蚜类、蓟马、粉蚧、卷叶虫类和蠕虫类有良好效果，对多抗性品系的家蝇有较好的杀灭活性，对蚊子和孑孓同样高效，对鞘翅目害虫有效，对叶蝉科、盲蝽科和瓢虫科害虫弱效。对地下害虫的幼虫期有明显的活性，用于防治金针虫、地老虎和白蚁之类的重要地下害虫也有希望。乳油通常对水1000倍喷雾，蔬菜安全间隔期阴为21d，柑橘为45d。

详细合成路线

丙硫磷制备

1、将PrSP(O)Cl2与粉状P2S5于130℃加热3h，得PrSP(S)Cl2。将它溶于苯中，在0～5℃用乙醇和三乙胺处理得～167℃PrS(EtO)O(S)Cl。再与2，4-二氯苯酚和炭碳酸钾在甲乙酮中反应，回流3h，得丙硫磷。
反应也可在装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝器的反应器中进行，将五硫化二磷，2，4-二氯苯酚、催化剂及有机溶剂，在较低温度下反应2～3h，然后加入缚酸剂和溴丙烷，升温再反应2h，反应毕，冷却过滤，水洗至中性，减压脱溶得丙溴磷。
