[体外研究]

花青素氯化物(IDB1027)抑制了NF-κB配体(RANKL)诱导的NF-κB活化的受体激活剂,抑制了IκB-α的降解,并减弱了细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)的磷酸化。氯化氰化物(IDB 1027)消除了RANKL诱导的钙振荡、激活的T细胞钙调磷酸酶依赖1(NFATC1)的核因子激活和c-fos的表达[1]。

[体内研究]

在OVX诱导的骨质疏松小鼠模型中,氰化物氯化物(IDB1027)可防止OVX诱导的骨丢失[1]。
