[体外研究]

刃天青钠盐通常用于通过将其还原为荧光产物试卤灵来测量细菌和真核细胞的活力。在土霉素LV的TSBc培养物中以44μM的浓度包含刃天青钠盐后,在接种后24小时未检测到活细菌。与单独的生长培养基相比,将刃天青钠盐浓度降低至4.4μM仍导致存活的土拉弗朗西斯菌LVS降低10倍。刃天青钠盐处理均在22小时内导致活的F. tularensis LVS细菌显着减少。用刃天青钠盐处理可显着降低感染后22小时HEK293细胞中存活的F. tularensis LVS细菌数量[1]。

[细胞实验]

F. tularensis在补充有44μM刃天青钠盐的TSBc中于37℃培养24小时。在选定的时间点，使用Spectronic 200分光光度计测量600nm和570nm处的吸光度，分别检测刃天青钠盐和试卤灵的存在。这两种光密度的比例用于评估刃天青钠盐随时间的减少对试卤灵的影响[1]。
