(1)热法:将光气预热至90℃左右,甲胺预热至220℃,按摩尔比1:3:1调节流量进行酰氯化合成反应,该合成器上部温度控制在340~360℃,下部温度控制在240~280℃。控制反应气缓冲出口压力在0.1兆帕以下,酰氯受器和冷凝器夹套水温应严格控制。得到的甲氨基甲酰氯平均含量90%以上,收率83%以上。将甲萘酚和甲氨基甲酰氯以1:1.2的摩尔比投入缩合釜,搅拌反应。工艺过程可采用先将甲氨基甲酰氯溶于四氯化碳、氯苯、甲苯或其他溶剂中,再与甲萘酚反应;也可将其配的5%甲萘酚钠水溶液、3%氢氧化钠溶液及甲氨基甲酰氯溶液投入缩合釜,温度控制在10~15℃、pH8~11下连续反应,溢出的反应物经离心分离、水洗、干燥得甲萘威。
(2)冷法:将甲苯投入搪玻璃反应釜,再加入熔融的甲萘酚,搅拌冷却至-5℃以下,通入光气,同时滴加20%氢氧化钠溶液,反应维持在pH6~7,光化反应完成后,仍在-5℃下滴加一甲胺和氢氧化钠溶液,加完后搅拌保温2小时。将反应液过滤,回收滤液中的甲苯供循环使用,滤饼用稀盐酸和水洗滴,干燥,即得甲萘威,含量约95%,收率90%左右。
备注:对水、日光或热稳定,遇强碱分解成1-萘酚。对人畜毒性较小。对金属、包装材料和应用器械没有腐蚀性。在苹果、梨、白菜、西红柿中的最大允许残留量为5mg/kg,在高粱、桃、杏、蔬菜中则为10mg/kg。ADI为0.01mg/kg。安全间隔期10天。不能在养蜂区施药,以免蜜蜂中毒。对瓜类有药害。解毒药物为阿托品,但不要使用解磷定等肟类药物,治疗时要对症处理,及时控制肺水肿。
3.异氰酸甲酯的制备甲胺与光气在高温下直接进行气相反应,反应器为一管道。反应温度大于400℃,反应器材质为钢衬石墨。防止副产物生成以及杜绝反应器堵塞是生产中关键。异氰酸甲酯分离与精制系统主要设备是脱光气塔,精制异氰酸甲酯塔为90块塔板的浮阀塔,均采用高镍合金钢材料制造。
4.甲萘威的合成反应在溶剂存在下进行,温度60~80℃,稍有负压。生成的混合溶液通过蒸馏,将过量的异氰酸甲酯从蒸馏塔顶部与部分溶剂一起蒸出,再回复使用。甲萘威在溶液中经精制,得纯品。
