1. 1-萘酚有多种生产方法,可以分为:α-萘磺酸碱熔法、α-萘胺水解法、四氢萘法。1.α-萘胺水解法α-萘胺以稀硫酸为介质水解得α-萘酚粗品,粗品经分离中和、蒸馏,得成品。2.磺化法精萘用硫酸进行低温磺化得α-萘磺酸,同时副产β-萘磺酸,分离副产物后经中和、碱熔、酸化、再经分离,蒸馏,得成品。原料消耗定额:硫酸(98%)900kg/t、精萘(99.5%)1150kg/t、烧碱(42%)1300kg/t。
2. 水溶液与三氯化铁作用,生气紫色沉淀。
3. 由1-萘磺酸经碱溶液而制得。
