L-半胱氨酸配制成二钠盐水溶液,与氯乙酸在焦亚硫酸钠存在下反应,先在20-30℃反应0.5h,再于20℃反应15min,向反应物中加入活性炭,过滤,滤液用浓盐酸酸化至pH2.5,即生成羧甲司坦沉淀,过滤,水洗,真空干燥,即得成品。以L-半胱氨酸计,收率92%。
