(-)-香芹酮(3.04 mM；30分钟)灭活鳗鱼AChE,Ki值为2.19 mM[1]。

[体内研究]

(-)-香芹酮(5%的无水乙醇v/v,20μL；应用于胸部腹侧表面)体外抑制马达加斯加蟑螂的AChE,如马血清胆碱酯酶、家蝇头胆碱酯酯酶以及头部和胸部胆碱酯酶类[1]。(-)-香芹酮(0.05%-0.1%w/v；p.o.；7 d)抑制岛状肠杆菌幼虫生长,降低幼虫体重[2]。动物模型：雌性蟑螂(Gromphadorhina portentosa)(6.4 g-6.8 g)[1]剂量：5%无水乙醇v/v,20μL给药：应用于胸部腹侧表面；结果：抑制了头部和胸部提取物中AChE的活性。
