氟啶脲
氟啶脲用途
苯甲酰脲类昆虫生长调节剂。以胃毒作用为主,兼有较强的触杀作用,渗透性较差,无内吸作用。杀虫机制是抑制壳多糖形成,阻碍害虫正常蜕皮,使卵孵、幼虫蜕皮、肾发育畸形以及成虫羽化、产卵受阻,从而达到杀虫的效果。该药剂活性高,作用速度较慢,在幼虫体内半衰期较长。该药剂是广谱性杀虫剂,对多种鳞翅目害虫及双翅目、直翅目、膜翅目害虫有效。对蔬菜上的昆虫有卓效,还可用于防治甘蓝、棉花、茶树、果树上的多种害虫。对蔬菜的小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、菜青虫等1~2龄幼虫,在盛发期用5%乳油2000~4000倍液喷雾,持效10~14d,杀虫效果达90%以上。如棉铃虫卵孵盛期,用5%乳油1000~2000倍液喷雾,7d后杀虫效果80%~90%。以推荐浓度施用时,对作物都不产生药害,对蜜蜂及非靶益虫安全。
【用途二】
是1982年由日本石原公司开发的一种苯甲酰脲类几丁质抑制剂。它具有很高的杀虫活性,是一种高效、低毒、与环境相容的农药品种,将成为替换当前使用高毒杀虫剂主要品种之一。

氟啶脲制备
1.以2,6-二氯苯腈为原料,氟化钾为氟化剂,反应得到2,6-二氟苯腈。也可采用季铵盐、季盐、冠醚、聚醚等为相转移催化剂制备2,6-二氟苯腈。然后2,6-二氟苯腈与水在硫酸为催化剂的作用下进行亲核加成反应,得到相应的盐,经处理得到2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺。该化合物与光气作用制得2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯,然后与4-(3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶-2-氧基)-3,5-二氯苯胺作用,制得氟啶脲。
