Quercetin hydrate 是一种天然黄酮类化合物,可激活或抑制许多蛋白质的活性。Quercetin hydrate 可激活 SIRT1,也可抑制 PI3K,抑制 PI3Kγ,PI3Kδ,PI3Kβ 的 IC50 分别为 2.4 μM, 3.0 μM, 5.4 μM。
