荜茇环碱

荜茇环碱用途

Pipernonaline 是胡椒碱衍生物,具有抗前列腺癌活性。Pipernonaline 抑制雄激素依赖/非依赖性 LNCaP/PC-3 前列腺细胞的增殖。Pipernonaline 激活 caspase-3,促进 procaspase-3/PARP 裂解。Pipernonaline 还介导活性氧 (ROS) 产生、胞内 Ca(2+) 增加和线粒体膜去极化。
