[体外研究]

愈创木酚抑制LPS刺激的核因子κB(NF-κB)活化和环氧合酶(COX)-2基因在RAW 264.7鼠巨噬细胞系细胞中的表达。苯酚,丁香酚,愈创木酚和香兰素等酚类化合物抑制绵羊囊泡腺前列腺素环加氧酶,其浓度为50%,按以下顺序递减:苯酚(1600μM)>香草醛(>500μM)>愈创木酚(72) μM)>丁香酚(12μM)[1]。

1.可从愈创木树脂、夏云香油、烟叶油中单离。本产品是从木材干馏得到松焦油,加碱处理分离出其中的酚类化合物,然后分馏精制出天然愈创木酚。


2.采用邻甲氧基苯甲醚重氮法。以邻甲氧基苯甲醚为原料,经重氮化、水解反应、萃取、分馏而得。也可采用木馏法将木材干馏而得。
