1.可从愈创木树脂、夏云香油、烟叶油中单离。本产品是从木材干馏得到松焦油,加碱处理分离出其中的酚类化合物,然后分馏精制出天然愈创木酚。
2.采用邻甲氧基苯甲醚重氮法。以邻甲氧基苯甲醚为原料,经重氮化、水解反应、萃取、分馏而得。也可采用木馏法将木材干馏而得。
