吐温80制备
1. 将山梨醇加热减压蒸馏,收集60-85℃(8.0kPa)蒸出水分达到计算量,趁热出料,得失水山梨醇。将其与油酸酯化,得斯盘80。然后,将斯盘80与环氧乙烷在碱催化下缩聚,得到吐温80。
2. 将360kg司盘60加入不锈钢搅拌反应釜中,加热熔化后搅拌,再加入50%的氢氧化钾溶液8kg,密封反应釜,抽真空进行脱水和脱空气。当物料温度升高至110~120℃,釜上视镜的内表面上无水滴或水雾时,即完成脱水。再经数次充入干燥氮气置换空气后,停止抽真空,升温至140℃,开始通入环氧乙烷。控制反应温度为160~180℃,压力不超过0.2MPa。当通入的环氧乙烷接近800kg时,取样测反应物的浊点,当1%的活性物在10%的氯化钠溶液中的浊点达到58~62℃时,反应即达到终点。将产物冷却至80~90℃,搅拌下加入冰醋酸,调节pH值为5~7。然后在搅拌下,滴加双氧水12~15kg进行漂白,搅拌1h后,冷却,放料,可得成品1100kg。
3.将1 mol预热的斯盘8 0投入反应釜中,在搅拌下加入催化剂量的氢氧化钠,升温,并抽真空用氮气置换釜中空气,温度控制在1 3 0~1 4 0℃开始通入5 m o l环氧乙烷,反应温度维持在1 5 0~1 6 0℃。通完环氧乙烷后冷却,将料液打入中和釜用冰醋酸调酸值至2左右,再用双氧水脱色,最后脱水5 h,得成品。反应式如下:
