Di-4-ANEPPS是一种膜电位电压敏感染料。Di-4-ANEPPS可达到优于1 ms的时间分辨率,并且每100 mV荧光变化高达10%。Di-4-ANEPPS是绘制心脏电活动图的常用工具。在兔离体心脏模型中,Di-4-ANEPPS对自发心率和心室冲动传导具有显著的直接不可逆效应[1]。
