吩噻嗪制备

1.将二苯胺、碘片及硫黄依次加入反应釜中，用电感加热约4h，升温至200℃左右。搅拌进行硫化反应2h，然后用过热蒸汽直接加热至220～250℃，同时将反应产物吩噻嗪吹至接受器，再出料至吸滤器，在真空下将水分抽干。滤饼用酒精和六亚甲基四胺的混合液（质量比1.5∶1）进行洗涤，经热风干燥后，粉碎，即得成品。反应过程中产生的硫化氢可用氢氧化钠吸收。所得产品纯度为94%～97%。产品可采用乙醇重结晶、活性炭脱色进一步精制。

2.将二苯胺、磺片及硫黄升温搅拌进行硫化反应。将反应产物吩噻嗪的水分在真空下抽干。滤饼用酒精和六次甲基四胺的混合液进行洗涤，经热风干燥后，粉碎，即得成品。所得产品纯度为９４％～９７％。可采用乙醇重结晶、活性炭脱色进一步精制。
