D-赖氨酸是一种有用的原料,用作黄体化激素释放激素的类似物和聚赖氨酸形式的药物载体。D-赖氨酸在低毒性的闪烁扫描和PRRT期间降低肾脏放射性摄取。D-赖氨酸不干扰天然氨基酸代谢平衡[1][2]。

D-赖氨酸(400mg/kg；i.v.或p.o.)剂量不会对DTPAOC中的“肾脏摄取”产生显著更大的抑制,口服D-赖赖氨酸也会降低大鼠的肾脏摄取[1]。
