[体内研究]

肾上腺素(1mg/kg；口服强饲；持续8天；PVL和BDL大鼠)显着改善PVL和BDL大鼠的高动力状态。PVL和BDL大鼠的门静脉压,门静脉支流血流量和心脏指数显着降低,而肾上腺素治疗可增强平均动脉压和全身以及门静脉血管阻力[2]。动物模型：门静脉结扎(PVL)或胆管结扎(BDL)大鼠[2]剂量：每12小时1 mg/kg给药：口服强饲；8天结果：PVL和BDL大鼠门静脉压,门脉支流血流量和心脏指数显着降低,同时平均动脉压和全身以及门静脉区域血管阻力增强。
