毒理学数据:
1、刺激性:家兔经眼:469mg,引起刺激。家兔经皮开放性刺激试验:10mg/24 小时,引起刺激。
2、急性毒性:大鼠经口LD50为700mg/kg;大鼠吸入LD5O:11000mg/m3,2小时;兔经皮LD5O:2066 mg/kg;
3、属低毒类。能强烈地刺激皮肤、眼、鼻和咽喉。麻醉作用弱,对肝脏损害较小,但对肺、肾的损害大。吸入其蒸气会引起头痛、眼花,浓度高时失去知觉。大鼠吸入浓度为945mg/m3的蒸气时,几小时内即可死亡。易被皮肤吸收并迅速分布到整个体内而损害内部组织。工作场所最高容许浓度为3mg/m3(美国)。

8.致畸性 大鼠孕后6~15d吸入最低中毒剂量(TCLo)300ppm(7h),致肌肉骨骼系统发育畸形。
9.致癌性 IARC致癌性评论:G3,对人及动物致癌性证据不足。
10.其他 大鼠吸入最低中毒浓度(TCLo):300ppm(7h)(孕前6~15d),引起肌肉骨骼发育异常。
