1.储存于阴凉、通风的库房。远离火种、热源。库温不宜超过30℃。应与酸类、碱类、食用化学品分开存放,切忌混储。采用防爆型照明、通风设施。禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具。储区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。

2. 因氯化铁或氯化锡等能促进环氧氯丙烷自聚反应的发生,故宜贮存在干燥清洁的镀锌铁桶中,每桶200kg。贮存于阴凉、通风、干燥处,要远离火源和热源。按易燃有毒物品规定贮运。

稳定性 1.避免与酸类、碱类、氨、胺类、铜、镁铝及其合金接触。

与多数有机溶剂混溶,微溶于水。也对清漆、天然及合成树脂等有较强的溶解能力。易燃,蒸气与空气能形成爆炸性混合物,爆炸极限5.23%-17.86%(体积分数)。化学性质活泼,可以生成酯:与醇及苯酚反应可以生成醚;与醛或酮反应得到二噁烷衍生物。用本品进行反应时,为安全起见,宜以惰性溶剂稀释,并缓缓加入。本品有毒,注意空气流通,操作人员要佩戴防护用具。着火时可用砂土、泡沫、干粉、二氧化碳。

2.化学性质:3-氯-1,2-环氧丙烷与水反应生成3-氯丙二醇。与盐酸作用生成β,β′-二氯异丙醇。与氰化氢发生加成反应生成γ-氯-β-羟基丁腈。用钠或钠汞齐还原生成烯丙醇。与硫化氢反应生成1-氯-3-巯基-2-丙醇等。与醇和酚在催化剂存在下发生反应,生成α-氯乙醇-γ-醚、缩水甘油醚或甘油-α,γ-二醚。

3.3-氯-1,2-环氧丙烷与氨或胺反应,生成1,3-二氨基丙醇和N-取代产物。与醛或酮反应得到二烷衍生物。与β-酮酸酯和丙二酸酯的钠盐反应,得到γ内酯衍生物。3-氯-1,2-环氧丙烷用氟化氢或氟化硼作催化剂可以发生聚合作用。

4..剧毒,可被皮肤吸收,刺激皮肤和黏膜。较高浓度时,有麻醉作用。发生中毒时,有眼睛刺痛、结膜炎、鼻炎、流泪、咳嗽、疲倦、胃肠紊乱、恶心等症状。严重中毒时,可引起麻醉症状,甚至引起肺、肝、肾的损伤。人体吸入MLC20*10-6。大鼠经口LD5090mg/kg。空气中最大容许浓度18mg/m3。生产设备要密闭,空气要流通,操作人员要配戴防护用具。此外,环氧氯丙烷有激烈的自聚趋向,不应在明火中加热,以防容器爆裂。在用作试剂进行反应时,宜以惰性溶剂稀释,并缓缓加入。

毒理学数据:

1、 刺激性:反复涂皮,可引起动物皮肤广泛坏死。液体对眼有显著刺激性。

2、 急性毒性:大鼠经口LD50:90mg/kg;小鼠经口LC50:238mg/kg;兔径皮LD50:1500mg/kg;大鼠吸入LC50:500ppm/4H。

3、可被皮肤吸收,刺激皮肤和黏膜。较高浓度时,有麻醉作用。属中等毒类。刺激皮肤和黏膜,并可经皮肤吸收。嗅觉阈浓度37.6mg/m3。TJ 36-79规定车间空气中最高容许浓度为1mg/m3。小鼠灌胃后行动缓慢、食欲减退,继而共济失调、瘫痪、呼吸减弱,最后角弓反张而死亡。人长期少量吸入本品可出现四肢酸痛、腿软乏力、运动不灵活、腓肠肌压痛和一般神经衰弱症。

该法有次氯酸化法和饱和氯水法。采用国内技术生产的为次氯酸化法,引进国外技术生产的为饱和氯水法。

次氯酸化法:将碳酸钠配制成2%水溶液,送入次氯酸塔塔顶,氯气从塔下部进入,在塔中制得1.8%-2%次氯酸,引入次氯酸化反应器。3-氯丙烯连续进入次氯酸化反应器,经搅拌反应制得二氯丙醇水溶液,经沉降分离出产物三氯丙烷,用泵送入皂化器。碱液用泵送入皂化器与二氯丙醇进行皂化反应,水蒸气从皂化器下部进入。迅速蒸出皂化反应生成在环氧氯丙烷及其共沸物水,经冷凝进入分相器分层,上部水层返回皂化器,下层为粗环氧氯丙烷。在环氧精馏一塔上部分离出低沸物,在环氧精馏二塔上部分离出成品环氧氯丙烷,塔下部得到高沸点物。低沸物经环氧精馏三塔回收环氧氯丙烷后,去焚烧装置。高沸物经环氧精馏四塔回收环氧氯丙烷可作为副产物出售或者去焚烧装置。生产排出的废水去污水处理场,经过中和、沉降、调质、生化曝气处理合格后排放。

原料消耗定额:丙烯(100%)640kg/t、氢氧化钠(100%)150kg/t、氯气2070kg/t、副产D-D混剂140kg/t、氢氧化钙(100%)1020kg/t。

2.醋酸丙烯酯法 该工艺的主要过程包括醋酸丙烯酯的合成、醋酸丙烯酯的水解(烯丙醇的生成)、二氯丙醇皂化及产品精制等几部分。

1、酯化 将丙烯、醋酸、氧气加入酯化反应器内,以钯作催化剂,控制反应温度在150-190℃反应压力0.9MPa,在反应器中生成醋酸丙烯酯。从反应器中引出的反应生成经冷凝分离,得到醋酸丙烯酯混合液,直接送入水解工序。未反应的气体用吸收法除去二氧化碳之后,返回氧乙酰化工序循环使用。

2、水解 将醋酸丙烯酯投入装有阳离子交换树脂的反应器中,经液相水解反应生成丙烯醇,控制反应温度60-80℃;水解生成物经共沸蒸馏、水萃取,精制得到含丙烯醇70%的水溶液。

3、氯化 将丙烯醇投入带有搅拌器反应器中,与氯气在酸性重要条件下进行氯化反应生成二氯丙醇,反应温度0-10℃。生成的二氯丙醇溶液经汽提分离氯化氢,在分相器中分水,用双塔精制后送皂化工序。

4、皂化 在板式汽提皂化塔中,水蒸气从塔底导入,二氯丙醇与石灰水溶液从塔上部喷入,塔中段温度为100℃,塔顶汽提物经冷凝、分相器分水得到粗环氧氯丙烷,再经双塔精馏得到成品氧氯丙烷。

消耗定额:丙烯590kg/t,石灰650kg/t,电470KW·/t,醋酸30kg/t,蒸汽10.4t/t。

精制方法:由于空气中水分的作用发生水解生成盐酸而显酸性。精制时需用碱洗涤,然后在100℃以下进行减压蒸馏。收集中间馏分,用氢氧化钙干燥。也可以先进行常压蒸馏,在馏出物中加入其质量1/4的氧化钙,在蒸气浴上加热。然后倾出产品,再进行分馏。

3.制法:

于装有搅拌器、减压蒸馏装置(接受瓶用冰盐浴冷却)的反应瓶中,加入1,3-二氯丙醇-2(2)1350g(988mL,10.5mol),工业用氢氧化钙细粉840g(10mol),水840mL,搅拌15min。而后水浴加热,并进行减压蒸馏。开始时真空度可低一些(5.3~6.5kPa),逐渐提高真空度至1.33kPa,温度逐渐升高至95~100℃。馏出物用分液漏斗分出有机层,水层重新倒入反应瓶中,进行减压蒸馏,如此再重复一次。合并有机层,进行减压分馏,收集75℃/6.5kpa以前的馏分为环氧氯丙烷。剩余物主要为二氯丙醇(约170mL),可将其与150mL水一起加入反应瓶中,重新进行减压蒸馏,将蒸出的有机层与上述环氧氯丙烷合并,无水硫酸钠干燥后进行后进行蒸馏,收集115~117℃的馏分,得环氧氯丙烷(1)650g,收率67%。
