• 体外研究: EGTA四钠作为根管冲洗剂,以时间和剂量依赖性方式降低炎症巨噬细胞的基质粘附能力。引起IC50的EGTA四钠浓度为202 mM。螯合剂与羟基磷灰石晶体中的钙离子反应生成金属螯合物。去除牙本质中的钙离子会使牙本质组织更柔软,尤其是富含羟基磷灰石的管周牙本质,并增加暴露的牙本质小管的直径[2]。
