描述 碘化替苯唑铵是一种口咽消毒剂,具有预防口腔感染的抗菌活性[1]。

体外研究 碘化泰菌(5-10μg/mL;15-30分钟)对革兰氏阳性菌显示出良好的抑菌和杀菌活性,尤其是对金黄色葡萄球菌和人化脓性葡萄球菌具有最小抑制浓度(MIC)值≤1微克/毫升[3]。碘化泰(0.25-5μg/mL;30分钟)对金黄色葡萄球菌和化脓性葡萄球菌821的杀菌活性增强,而pH值从6.5-7.0上升到8.0-8.5[3]。
