  • 用途一:敌敌畏具有熏蒸、胃毒和触杀作用,对咀嚼式口器害虫和刺吸式口器害虫均有良好的防效。敌敌畏的蒸气压较高,对害虫有很强的击倒力。施用后易分解、残效期短。使用方法多种多样,简便易行。适用于防治棉花、果树、蔬菜、甘蔗、烟草、茶、桑等作物上的多种害虫。对蚊、蝇等家庭卫生害虫以及仓库害虫米象、谷盗等也有良好的防治效果。
    用途二:高效、广谱杀虫剂,具有胃毒、触杀和强烈的熏蒸作用,由于蒸气压较高,对咀嚼口器和刺吸口器害虫具有很强的击倒力。主要用于防治卫生害虫,农林,园艺害虫,粮仓害虫,如:蚊、蝇、咀、孑孓、臭虫、蟑螂、黑尾叶蝉、黏虫、蚜虫、红蜘蛛、水稻浮尘子、食心虫、梨星毛虫、桑蟥、桑粉虱、桑尺蠖、茶蚕、茶毛虫、马尾松毛虫、柳青蛾、青虫、黄条跳甲、菜螟、造桥虫、斜纹夜蛾、苹果巢蛾等。用药量为80%乳油1000~2000倍液喷雾。对高梁易产生药害,对豆类、玉米、柳树也较敏感。
    用途三:具有熏蒸、胃毒和触杀作用,对咀嚼口器害虫和刺吸口器害虫均有良好的防治效果

第六部分:泄漏应急处理
应急处理: 疏散泄漏污染区人员至安全区,禁止无关人员进入污染区,切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给式呼吸器,穿化学防护服。不要直接接触泄漏物,在确保安全情况下堵漏。喷水雾会减少蒸发,但不能降低泄漏物在受跟制空间内的易燃性。用沙土或其它不燃性吸附剂混合吸收,然后转移到安全场所。也可以用大量水冲洗,经稀释的洗水放入废水系统。如大量泄漏,利用围堤收容,然后收集、转移、回收或无害处理后废弃。

4.脱氯化氢法:敌百虫在碱性条件下脱氯化氢生成敌敌畏。操作时控制敌百虫水悬浮液含量为25%(也可用精制敌百虫母液,加适量的敌百虫固体),敌百虫与碱的配比为1∶(1.35~1.4),采用水和甲苯(二甲苯、苯)两个溶剂,反应温度50~60℃,反应时间20~25min,终点pH值7~8。这一反应使α-羟基膦酸酯重排成磷酸酯。反应结束静置分层,油层经薄膜蒸发回收溶剂,并得敌敌畏原油。

5.制备或来源:在搅拌下,将熔融的敌百虫和水加入碱解釜中,在加入溶剂苯,然后加入30%液碱,在约2~3分钟内加完,温度不超过65℃,控制PH值,如酸性即补加碱,加完后搅拌0.5小时,将反应物送入分液器静置15~30min,分去水层,苯层再静置15min,进一步分去水,所得敌敌畏苯油在减压下加热,流经薄膜蒸发器,脱去苯和水,得原油。也可采用亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛进行珀考夫重排缩合制得,亚磷酸三甲酯由三氯化磷与甲醇反应制得。制剂有:原油,50%、80%乳油,50%油剂,20%塑料块缓释剂,15%缓释颗粒。
备注:残効期短。饱和的敌敌畏水溶液转化成磷酸氢二甲酯和二氯乙醛,其水解速度每天约3%,在碱性溶液中水解更快。对铁和软钢有腐蚀性,但对不锈钢、铝、镍、Hastelloy13和Teflon无腐蚀性。对热稳定。雄、雌大白鼠急性经口毒性LD50分别为80、56mg/kg,雄、雌大白鼠急性经皮毒性LD50分别为107、75mg/kg。鲤鱼LC50为4mg/L。米、麦、杂粮、果实、蔬菜、茶允许残留量为0.1mg/kg,草莓为0.3mg/kg。ADI为0.03mg/kg。
