一、健康危害

侵入途径:吸入、食入。
健康危害:本品对眼、皮肤和粘膜有强烈的刺激作用。当浓度为470mg/m3时,1-2分钟接触即可引起致死性肺损害。未稀释本品可致兔皮肤坏死。

刺激性:家兔经眼:162mg,中度刺激。家兔经皮:810mg(24小时),重度刺激。

6.应急处理处置方法:
一、泄漏应急处理

迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器,穿防毒服。不要直接接触泄漏物。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止进入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。小量泄漏:用砂土或其它不燃材料吸附或吸收。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容;用泡沫覆盖,降低蒸气灾害。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。
废弃物处置方法:建议用焚烧法处置。废料同其他燃料混合后再焚烧,燃烧要充分、防止生成光气。焚烧炉排气中的卤化氢通过酸洗涤器除去。

二、防护措施

呼吸系统防护:可能接触其蒸气时,必须佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(全面罩)。紧急事态抢救或撤离时,佩戴空气呼吸器。
眼睛防护:呼吸系统防护中已作防护。
身体防护:穿胶布防毒衣。
手防护:戴防化学品手套。
其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作毕,彻底清洗。单独存放被毒物污染的衣服,洗后备用。保持良好的卫生习惯。

三、急救措施

皮肤接触:立即脱去被污染的衣着,用大量流动清水冲洗,至少15分钟。就医。
眼睛接触:立即提起眼睑,用大量流动清水或生理盐水彻底冲洗至少15分钟。就医。

2.制法:

542-88-1 preparation

于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中,加入1.0kg(31.25mol)多聚甲醛(2)、250g浓盐酸,冰水浴冷却至10℃以下,搅拌下慢慢滴加氯磺酸3.9kg,控制滴加速度保持反应温度在10℃左右。加完后室温搅拌反应4h。放置过夜。分出上层溶液,用冰水洗涤两次,再用40%的氢氧化钠溶液及少量碎冰洗涤,固体氢氧化钠干燥。常压分馏,收集100~105℃的馏分,得a,a′-二氯二甲醚(1)2.3kg,收率65%。注:①该化合物为剧毒品,并有致癌作用,使用时应特别注意安全。
