将100g As2O3放入磨口烧瓶,慢慢滴加100mL浓硝酸(相对密度1.38),同时加热,加热到不再产生氧化氮气体(导入浓硫酸中,可以作为硫酸亚硝酰酯收集之)为止。只将上层澄清液分离出来,将它蒸干。残余物用少量水溶解,用玻璃过滤器过滤。将滤液加热浓缩,当溶液温度到达130℃时停止。放置冷却后,置于装有浓硫酸的干燥器,在冷柜中析出结晶H3AsO4·0.5H2O。
