  • 1.酸性嫩黄 G 主要用于羊毛、蚕丝及其织物的染色和直接印花,拔染性及匀染性均好。通常在乙酸染浴中染色,还可用于拼染米色、驼色、灰色等浅至中色泽。也可用于锦纶的染色。用于羊毛与其他纤维同浴染色时,锦纶可上染,蚕丝严重沾色,醋酸纤维略沾色,纤维素纤维不沾色。酸性嫩黄 G 还可用于纸张、皮革、涂料、医药、化妆品的着色,也可制成色淀颜料。

1.苯胺重氮化,与1-(对磺酸基苯基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮偶合,盐析而得。1.重氮化 在560L水中,加30%盐酸163kg,加100%苯胺55.8kg,搅拌溶解,加冰降温至0℃,自液面下加入30%亚硝酸钠溶液(相当于100%41.4kg),重氮温度0-2℃,时间30min,此时刚果红试纸呈蓝色,碘化钾淀粉试纸呈微蓝色。最后把体积调整到1100L。2.偶合 铁锅中放水900L,加热至40℃,加纯碱60kg,搅拌全溶。然后加入1-(对磺酸基苯基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮154.2kg,溶后再加入10%纯碱溶液(相当于100%48kg)。加冰及水调整体积至2400L,温度2-3℃。把重氮液过筛放入锅内进行偶合。放料时间30-40min。在整个偶合过程中,保持pH8-8.4,温度不超过5℃。偶合毕,1-(对磺酸基苯基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮应过量。继续搅拌2h。升温至80℃,按体积20-20%计算加入食盐量,进行盐析,搅拌冷却至45℃以下过滤。在80℃干燥。得100%460kg。原料消耗(kg/t)1-(对磺酸基苯基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮 399苯胺(99%) 149 氢氧化钠(100%) 87亚硝酸钠 112 碳酸钠(98%) 145盐酸(31%) 546 精盐 2700
