2.对环境的影响

该物质对环境可能有危害,对水体应给予特别注意。

一、健康危害

侵入途径:吸入、食入。 健康危害:急性中毒:多为误服所致。服后立即出现剧烈恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻。重者休克、呼吸困难、紫绀。可能于2~4小时内死亡。部分患者出现荨麻疹,吞咽肌麻痹,手足抽搐或四肢肌肉痉挛。氟化钠粉尘和蒸气对皮肤有刺激作用,可以引起皮炎。 慢性影响:可引起氟骨症。

二、毒理学资料及环境行为

刺激性:家兔经皮:500mg(24小时),重度刺激。 亚急性和慢性毒性:大鼠以含氟化物7~9ppm的饲料连续喂养可引起牙钙化障碍,剂量增大则致骨骼改变。 致突变性:微生物致突变:鼠伤寒沙门氏菌1mg/皿。细胞遗传学分析:人成纤维细胞20mg/L。 生死毒性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL0):240mg/kg(孕11~14天),肌肉骨骼发育异常。 致癌性:IARC致癌性评论:人不明确。

危险特性:未有特殊的燃烧爆炸特性。 燃烧(分解)产物:氟化氢。

6.应急处理处置方法

一、泄漏应急处理

隔离泄漏污染区,周围设警告标志,建议应急处理人员戴好防毒面具,穿相应的工作服。不要直接接触泄漏物。避免扬尘,用洁净的铲子收集于干燥、洁净、有盖的容器中。如大量泄漏收集回收或运至废物处理场所处置。

二、防护措施

呼吸系统防护:空气中浓度超标时,应该佩戴防毒口罩。紧急事态抢救或逃生时,建议佩戴自给式呼吸器。 眼睛防护:戴化学安全防护眼镜。 防护服:穿相应的防护服。 手防护:戴防化学品手套。 其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作后,淋浴更衣。工作服不要带至非作业场所。单独存放被毒物污染的衣服,洗后备用。保持良好的卫生习惯。

三、急救措施

皮肤接触:脱去被污染的衣着,立即用流动清水彻底冲洗。 眼睛接触:立即提起眼睑,用流动清水冲洗10分钟或用2%碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗。 吸入:脱离现场至空气新鲜处。必要时进行人工呼吸。就医。 食入:患者清醒时给饮大量温水,催吐,尽快洗胃。就医。

灭火方法:不燃。火场周围可用的灭火介质。

6.致癌性 IARC致癌性评论:G3,对人及动物致癌性证据不足。

中和过程中pH值不得低于8,不然氟硅酸钠难被碱分解,中和液静置1h,清液经浓缩后冷却析出氟化钠结晶,再经离心分离、干燥、粉碎得成品。

3.氟硅酸钠法
由湿法磷酸和磷肥副产的氟硅酸,按常规方法可制得99.87%的氟硅酸钠。在84~95℃和0.15MPa的条件下反应160~180min、过量5%~8%的碱性溶液(pH值为8~9)中,生成氟化钠。反应方程式如下:

中和液静置澄清后,清液经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶,分离后用50~60℃的热水洗涤,间接干燥得成品。

4.工业上制备氟化钠由氟硅酸钠作原料。在聚乙烯的烧杯中将45g氟硅酸钠溶于50g水中,加热至80℃,在搅拌下缓缓加入50.7g碳酸钠,接着加入49% NaOH水溶液39g,加热至95℃以上,即有氟化钠沉淀生成,抽滤,用水充分洗涤数遍,干燥。可得58g氟化钠。纯度可达99%。

5.制取高纯度的氟化钠,可使氢氟酸与碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠或氢氧化钠作用。在聚乙烯的烧杯中,加入50g 46%的氢氟酸,加水42g稀释,使浓度为25%。加计算量的NaOH水溶液,氟化钠沉淀立即生成,吸滤,用水充分洗涤。在烘箱中于110℃烘干。为制取极纯品,可用高纯度的氢氟酸与碳酸氢钠中和,至弱酸性即达终点,沉淀在550~650℃下干燥即可。
