稳定性

1.化学性质:与苯胺相似。与酸生成盐。与亚硝酸发生重氮化反应,生成重氮化合物。与醇、卤代烃、烯烃等反应,生成N-烷基化合物。在芳核上能发生烷基化、卤化、磺化、硝化、亚硝化等反应,发生在氨基的邻位和对位。与粉末状硫加热到200 ℃生成噻唑环。在稀硫酸中用铬酸、二氧化锰氧化时,根据条件不同,生成对甲苯醌、2,2'-二甲基偶氮苯或邻硝基甲苯等。用锂还原时得到2-甲基环己胺。

一、健康危害
侵入途径:吸入、食入、经皮吸收。
健康危害:本品是强烈的高铁血红蛋白形成剂,并能刺激膀胱尿道,能致血尿。
急性中毒:多由皮肤污染而吸收。引起自觉脸部灼热、剧烈头痛、头晕、呼吸困难,呈现紫绀症。以后出现血尿、尿闭、精神障碍、肌肉抽搐。
慢性中毒:可引起膀胱刺激症状。
二、毒理学资料及环境行为
急性毒性:LD 50670mg/kg(大鼠经口);3250mg/kg(兔经皮);人吸入176mg/m 3×60分钟,严重毒作用;人吸入44mg/m 3,出现症状;人吸入22mg/m 3,不悦感。
致突变性:微生物致突变性:鼠伤寒沙门氏菌阳性。
致癌性:小鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL 0):870g/kg(7周,连续),致肿瘤阳性。大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL 0):8200mg/kg(24周,间歇),致肿瘤阳性。
危险特性:遇明火、高热或与氧化剂接触,有引起燃烧爆炸的危险。受高热分解放出有毒气体。
燃烧(分解)产物:一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氧化氮。

6.应急处理处置方法:
一、泄漏应急处理
疏散泄漏污染区人员至安全区,禁止无关人员进入污染区,建议应急处理人员戴好防毒面具,穿化学防护服。戴好防毒面具,穿一般消防防护服。合理通风,不要直接接触泄漏物,在确保安全情况下堵漏。喷雾状水,减少蒸发。用沙土或其它不燃性吸附剂混合吸收,然后收集运至废物处理场所处置。也可以用大量水冲洗,经稀释的洗水放入废水系统。如大量泄漏,利用围堤收容,然后收集、转移、回收或无害处理后废弃。
废弃物处置方法:建议用控制焚烧法处置。焚烧炉排出的氮氧化物通过洗涤器或高温装置除去。
二、防护措施
呼吸系统防护:可能接触其蒸气时,佩带防毒面具。紧急事态抢救或逃生时,佩带正压自给式呼吸器。
眼睛防护:戴安全防护眼镜。
防护服:穿紧袖工作服,长统胶鞋。
手防护:戴橡皮手套。
其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。及时换洗工作服。工作前后不饮酒,用温水洗澡。监测毒物。进行就业前和定期的体检。
三、急救措施
皮肤接触:立即脱去污染的衣着,用肥皂水及清水彻底冲洗。注意手、足和指甲等部位。
眼睛接触:立即提起眼睑,用大量流动清水或生理盐水冲洗。
吸入:迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。呼吸困难时给输氧。呼吸停止时,立即时进行人工呼吸。就医。
食入:误服者给漱口,饮水,洗胃后口服活性炭,再给以导泻。就医。
灭火方法:雾状水、泡沫、二氧化碳、干粉、砂土。

毒理学数据:

1、急性毒性:大鼠经口LD50:940mg/kg;兔经皮LD50:3250mg/kg。

2、邻甲苯胺生成的高铁血红蛋白,引起神经障碍的作用很强,并能直接刺激膀胱,引起严重的膀胱炎、膀胱出血和血尿。本品能因皮肤吸收而中毒,应避免与皮肤接触。TJ 36—79规定车间空气中最高容许浓度为5mg/m3。

1.由邻硝基甲苯还原而得。还原反应可利用铁粉作还原剂,也可在铜催化剂存在下于260-280℃进行加氢反应制得邻甲苯胺。工业品邻甲苯胺的含量(总氨基物含量)在99%以上,加氢还原法每吨产品消耗邻硝基甲苯1300kg、氢气940m3。

2.其制备方法是由邻硝基甲苯经催化加氢还原制得。由于加氢催化剂的不同,反应条件各异,如用铜催化剂,反应温度260℃,也可用镍催化剂。

精制方法:按照制造方法不同,含有间甲苯胺、对甲苯胺、硝基甲苯等杂质。特别是对甲苯胺含量较多,并含有微量的水分。精制方法和苯胺类似,但用蒸馏的方法难以将其他的甲苯胺分离。因此首先将粗制邻甲苯胺蒸馏两次,再溶解于四倍体积的乙醚中,加入等当量的草酸乙醚溶液。将生成的对甲苯胺草酸盐过滤除去,滤液蒸去乙醚后滤出生成的邻甲苯胺草酸盐。用含有草酸的水重结晶5次,再用碳酸钠溶液处理。游离出的邻甲苯胺用氯化钙干燥后减压蒸馏三次可得纯品。

3.取邻硝基甲苯在稀酸介质中用铁粉还原,然后分离。上述所得邻甲苯胺粗品加酸溶解成盐,再加氢氧化钠沉淀,即得纯品。
